Meet Our Principal:
Michael Gesser is the Founder and Principal of Cape Fear CFO Services. After more than 30 years working for large corporations including DuPont, PolyGram Records, Ingersoll-Rand and Allergan Pharmaceutical, he moved into leadership roles at several small, early commercial, and pre-revenue companies.
Michael has managed global teams on every continent and lived and worked overseas. His wide range of industry experience includes micro-electronics, heavy industrial equipment, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, IVD’s, medical implants, and medical devices.
Michael is a respected and accomplished financial executive and business partner with experience leading Accounting, Finance and Treasury, IT, Fundraising, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Investor Relations teams.
